Together, Barbara and Julie rebranded to Dynasty Day & Med Spa, combining their entrepreneurial skills with interest in wellness and aesthetics. They are dedicated to providing their clients with the best care and treatments in the industry.
Julie Villegas, known for her entrepreneurial spirit in the construction industry as the owner of Roadrunner Ready Mix, ventured into the medical spa business driven by her passion for self-care and helping others. Julie’s career in concrete began at age 16, where her love for connecting with people helped her defy stereotypes and build a successful business. Emphasizing a family-like work environment, she overcame challenges and discrimination to establish her company.
Julie’s transition into the beauty industry was influenced by her belief in looking great to feel great, a value instilled by her mother. She created Roadrunner Beauty Spa and Concrete Beauty. Combining her entrepreneurial skills with her interest in wellness and aesthetics. These ventures not only serve as retreats for self-care but also reflect Julie’s commitment to empowering others to look and feel their best.
Barbara received her undergraduate degree from the University of New Mexico College of Nursing in 1990 and achieved a Master of Science in Family Nurse Practitioner from Creighton University in 2007. With a career spanning 33 years, Barbara has continually sought opportunities to learn and grow. Early in her career, she focused on gynecology, developing a passion for patient wellness planning. This led her to the field of aesthetics, where for the past 16 years, she has undergone extensive training in neurotoxins, dermal fillers, PDO threads, advanced facial procedures, and laser therapy. Barbara has collaborated with top providers in aesthetics and has been involved with BioTE Hormone Therapy since 2012.
Since 2017, the Chrome Aesthetics team has expanded to include additional providers, nurse injectors, estheticians, and support staff. Barbara is a member of several professional organizations, including the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and the International Society of Plastic and Aesthetic Nurses.
In her free time, Barbara enjoys family, gardening, art, and travel.
I’m Mariah Megli, a Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner based in Albuquerque, and I’m thrilled to have you join me on this incredible journey. Born and raised in New Mexico, I am dedicated to giving back and making a positive impact on the lives of those around me.
With a Doctorate and Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of New Mexico and Master of Science in Nursing from Vanderbilt. I bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to every client interaction. My diverse background includes working in retail pharmacy, providing comprehensive care in both inpatient and outpatient Family Medicine at UNMH, as well as showcasing my artistic talents as a makeup artist. I’ve also gained valuable expertise in the realm of medical spa services, ensuring a well-rounded approach to aesthetics.
As a skilled practitioner, I specialize in a wide range of treatments, including acne treatments, medical weight loss, and the art of injectables like neurotoxins and fillers. I am passionate about the intersection of health, fitness, wellness, and beauty, and my goal is to empower each client to look and feel their absolute best. Building strong connections with my clients is paramount to me. I strive to create a comfortable and supportive environment where you can embrace your unique self while exuding confidence and self-assurance. Being a Nurse Practitioner is not just a profession to me; it’s a passion that allows me to make a positive impact on the lives of others. Jenifer was born and raised here in Albuquerque, NM. She graduated from La Cueva High School where she went on to study at the University of New Mexico to obtain a Bachelors of Science in Nursing in 2018. She has since been a registered nurse in the ER where she has gained experience in diversity and helping people. She started injecting in March 2023. Jenifer has taken injection courses in Los Angeles, CA; Phoenix, AZ and Dallas, TX. She has become very passionate about injecting since she began.
She is grateful for her clients trusting her and giving her the opportunity to practice her skills. Her goal is to never stop learning, and with many neurotoxins and fillers to work with the possibilities are endless for her!
Her favorite part of the job is listening to her clients, helping them look like their perfect selves, and enhancing their natural beauty!
Hello, my name is Belen, and I was born and raised in beautiful Silver City, New Mexico. My journey in healthcare began with an Associate Degree in Nursing in 1995, followed by a Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2005, and a Master of Science in Nursing in 2011.
As a nurse practitioner, I’ve had the privilege of working in primary care, where I developed a deep passion for patient wellness and preventative care. In 2022, that passion inspired me to open a Med Spa with my daughter in Silver City… a dream that combined both my clinical experience and love for aesthetics.
In January 2025, I made the exciting move to Albuquerque to join the incredible team at Dynasty Day and Med Spa. It’s truly an honor to continue serving and empowering patients through advanced aesthetic treatments in a place that feels like home.

Meet Melanie Garcia-Salas. She is a dedicated Registered Nurse with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. Born and raised in New Mexico, she has a deep love for its people and culture. Melanie has a strong foundation as an ICU nurse, where her heart for patient care was deeply shaped.
She knew right away that aesthetic medicine was something she wanted to pursue. With a natural passion for helping others, she combines her clinical knowledge with a genuine desire to help patients feel confident and beautiful in their skin, wellness, and fitness.
Melanie is known for her compassionate and friendly presence, which makes patients feel comfortable and heard throughout every visit. Forming personal connections with each patient is something she truly enjoys. With a personalized approach to care, Melanie is dedicated to enhancing natural beauty through customized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s unique goals.
She plans to further her nursing education by pursuing her Nurse Practitioner degree in the near future.
